The administrative file is electronic (except in exceptional cases). Therefore, administrative acts, reports and other actions carried out as part of a procedure are issued directly in this format.

So, what is the regulation referring to when it determines the content that the electronic file must have and establishes the need to include a certified electronic copy of the resolution adopted?

From a practical point of view, it can be interpreted that this is not another document, but that the resolution that is included in the file with the signature of the Secretary is already sufficient to comply with this obligation .
