The minimum content that the electronic headquarters of the Public Administrations must have is that established in the regulations. Despite this, it does not specify certain aspects, so the APs have room for decision to define the structure, design and usability of these headquarters (among other aspects).

If you are a user body of the AOC Open Government service, which includes the services of SEU-e, Transparency, e-TAULER and Open Data, you have at your disposal a service that allows you to comply with the various legal and general provisions that regulate the basic content of electronic headquarters.

In addition, to facilitate the use of the service, you have a basic structure and information, which you can adapt if you wish, as indicated in the FAQ How to customize the e-Website and Transparency?

Keep in mind that, as a user body of the service, you are responsible for the integrity, truthfulness and updating of the information and services contained in the electronic headquarters and, therefore, who depends on the degree of compliance with these provisions.

In this FAQ we explain the structure of the SEU-e service that the AOC makes available to public sector bodies in Catalonia, based on the sections that make it up.
